Just enjoying some time with the kids and family.? We all know how busy summer’s can be with birthdays and enjoying the few sunny days we have. ? I took the past 2 weeks off to spend some quality time with the family time, hang with good friends as well as work on the transition to the new studio. So, my blog has been taking a bit of? a hit.
With clear weather in sight,? the family and I headed up to Lake Taghkanic State Park.? If you have never been, what a great little hidden Oasis.? Clean beaches and a nice swimming lake within 50 minutes of Highland.
And what is summer time without picking some fruit.? The boys and I headed with some of our meet-up mommy friends, to Lawrence Farms down in Newburgh.? A beautiful orchard with a variety of fresh fruit and veggies for the adults and activities for the kids.
I hope your summer is becoming a little more active and that you are not being held hostage in your home by the likes of Mother Nature.

When it’s not raining, I take the boys to Lake Taghkanic almost every week. It’s only about 15 min from my house. Let me know if you go again & maybe we can meet so the boys can play.
