Client Canvas Wall…

Since introducing new canvas clusters to my design collections, clients have been eating them up.  I LOVE a good canvas, never mind a wall of them! What is so special about a canvas?  When you pick the right photo and pick the right size for the room, it can be the ultimate center piece.  Canvases are true art pieces that a make a statement and stop your guests in their tracks.    One of my most recent clients was kind enough to let me into their home to photograph their canvas wall.

Canvases show are 2 inch gallery wraps, sized 10×10 and 20×24.

A Baby And Her Horse Farm…

Shooting at 2 horse farms in a week, LUCKY ME! Can you believe this sweet little thing is only 6 months old.  She is completely full of life and full of smiles!  In the 90 minutes I was with this family today, this blue eyed beauty made not one peep.  She just smiled and went with the flow.   There is no doubt she loves the camera.  Every time I picked it up, she busted out her happy face.  I want to thank baby and her family for giving a me a tour of their beautiful estate.  In case I didn’t mention  it enough today how beautiful I thought their daughter and farm was :)

A Girl and Her Horse…

I would be  lying if I said I had never photographed a horse before. In fact, now that I think about it, this is my 3rd time, my 2nd with this beautiful young lady.   Her mother had me come to their horse farm to photography Miss L with her horse as a gift for her dad. Yet another surprise for dad, someone give Mom some love! :)    I can’t believe how much this young lady has grown since I first met her 3 years ago.  She is a delightful and beautiful young lady and a pleasure to photograph.  The horse was great too ;)

Big Blue Eyes and The Great Red Wall…

Continuing on my tour of Northern Dutchess County this weekend, I swung into Rhinebeck to meet up with Jessica and Josh Burckhard of Rhinebeck Chiropractic.  I first met this family earlier this year when I featured Jessica as one of my Momtrepreneurs of the Month.   This time they invited me up to photograph their family and of course highlight there adorable son.  This little guy has the most beautiful blue eyes.   I have to say, he was like an old pro working the camera, mommy must make him practice a lot ;)   He would be the perfect model for the Baby Gap ads.   On our walk around town,  we came upon this awesome red wall.  I love how the wind started to blow his hair as I snapped those beautiful blues.

This red wall was such a great accent for this shot. It is one of my family favorites.

Running In Red Hook…

This weekend I got to meet up with a fun  family up in the Red Hook area.  They brought me to a great new location with beautiful grounds and lots of running space.  There, the kiddies played a mean game of hide and go seek, jumped off rocks, and ran the hills.  Little man took a little time warming into me, but lucky for me we have something in common, DINOSAURS!  My 4 year old has taught me more about Dinosaurs, which came in handy today.  And little Miss was ultra stylish in her great little sweater and knit hat.  Does that sweater come in my size?

Farm and Charm…

Twice in one day I was lucky enough to shoot at a location that provided me with two of my favorite things, a cutie pie and lots of texture.? This little boy, and his dog, are lucky to have a lot of land to run around and be free with nature.? He also has a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of great character and charm, just like himself.
