I am not a fan of snow, in fact one year ago today I was sticking my toes in the sand of Kauai’s beaches, escaping the New York December weather. But I have to say, the snow on the ground from yesterdays fall, made for a nice ambiance to our Christmas tree selection process. I will ignore the fact that there was a touch of whining, crying, topped off with a dull saw, it was special experience and a great way to spend the morning with my family (and neighbors).
