My first shoot back from vacation and I get to have a playdate with this handsome little guy. He set the ton for the rest of the week because he was just perfect. He barely made a peep during my visit and let me shoot away. I have to thank his auntie for some great assistance during this shoot. Thank you again little man for being such a good boy, stay that way for your momma!

I am finally back from vacation and back on the blog. Since I last blogged, T-ball and school came to an end and my family just got back from vacation. The time to blog was just not there. Now that we are back, I am playing the catch up game.
Before I left, I met with this super fantastic family. We started off with a little play time in their back yard and then headed over to one of my favorite locations, Lawrence Farms Orchards. Normally I am only here during the fall season so it was nice and refreshing to be there during strawberry picking season. Like the strawberries, this little miss was nice and sweet!
I feel like I have been waiting forever for this session to come. I originally met this family last fall at a wedding I photographed in Cornwall. Mommy and daughter served in the wedding party. One of my favorite photos, of that day was of all the flower girls, including this sweetie, running circle in the closet (it was a monster closet). Back then we talked about getting together for a portrait shoot and here we finally are. Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure I have photographed half of the wedding party 
One more half to go.
You didn’t have to twist my arm at all when mom suggested going to Mohonk Mountain House for our session. Their family has stayed there on many occasions and the grounds are just breath taking. Mom and I joked about leaving Dad with the kids and running off to the spa.
I had a wonderful afternoon and thank you very much for a beautiful day!
Last week I was lucky to spend a morning with this fiery red head and his parents. They are here from sunny California, visiting family. And it just so happened that the day of our shoot was his first birthday!! Happy Birthday cool little dude and thank you for sharing part of your day with me. Maybe we can play again next year!
This past week I got to spend a nice hot morning with this sweet little thing. The first time I met mommy was about 15 months ago at the Live Love Learn fundraiser, when this doll was still in her mommy’s tummy. Today we all got to hang out, play some music, and scoot around the house. It was pretty hot out early this day, so I enjoyed hanging out in the nice air conditioned house. It helps that mommy is a great decorator! Thanks again for a great morning and I look forward to hanging out again soon!
For so long I have been waiting to get my hands on this little guy. I first met him a couple years ago in a Music Together class and for those of you familiar with Collage Hair and Color, you will probably recognize mommy. I am so glad we waited till he was a tad older to do his pictures, he was so playful and interactive with me, making this session a dream. The grounds were perfect too, I enjoy hanging in a field of horses
