I pretty much offered mommy a job on the spot. Baby “M” was pretty awake and she wanted a shot of baby in the bucket, not an easy to do with an awake baby. She tells me, “give me a couple minutes.” Within 5 minutes that baby was out! Pretty impressive baby sleeping skills. Question is, does that work at night?
I should know everyone at Vassar Brother’s Hospital for as much time as I spent there the past couple of months. 24 hours young is one of my favorite sessions because I get to experience new love, the love between a parent and their baby. You never know how much you love someone until you have a baby. And being that this is one of the sweetest couples I know, this little boy will see plenty of it.
What an great morning I had with Baby “O,” his brother and parents. Some of my favorite newborn photos. The top photo was taken when baby “O” was snoozing away and as I was picking up some blankets off the floors, I looked at him and just loved how the light just glistened off his skin. Light + baby foot = Happy Sigh……………
You can imagine my slight panic when I was across the county, happen to check Facebook and see that one of my clients had had her baby early. Fresh off a red eye plane and a 2 hour drive home, I headed to the hospital just before this little guy was released to go home. Momma looked fabulous for just having a baby and big brother looked over the moon to have a new little buddy. Welcome baby “O”
I recently got to hang with this family in their beautiful farm home, and have a playdate with their sweet little boys. Hanging with blue eyed little boys, sounds like my house.
