Many of you may remember a couple months back when I posted about my friend Andrew and his lovely family.  They are very important people to me and I want to help with their mission to get people to donate blood. So I have teamed up with the NY Blood Center and we are hosting a blood drive in his honor.  It is our goal to get 50 pints of blood. Please check back for more details!

50 Pint Challenge…

Going off the norm, some of you are aware of my position on cancer, ummm it sucks!  That is the clean version for the web.  My  friend Andrew has been battling Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for the past year and in that time has received around 35 bags of blood product.  In an effort to pay it forward, Andrew and his beautiful wife and my dearest of friends Linda, want to encourage those who can donate, to please find their local blood center to donate blood or platelets.

Together lets go for 50 pints, then another and another!  Please join their effort on their Facebook Page.

BIG BIG NEWS!!!! Hudson Valley Children Photographer,

Some might expect for me to say that I am expecting, but for those who know me know better LOL.  So whats the “BIG NEW?” …..I am opening a studio!  I have been working on this for the past couple months and I can finally let the cat out of the bag.  I have taken baby steps with this business as it has grown, so that I could enjoy not only my photography, but my family as well.   With Elizabeth Boutique moving to its new building, it opened the door for me to take over her old space.  Best part, I don’t have to leave the Waddle n Swaddle building and I will continue to be apart of the wonderful Arlington Business district.

I will continue to be an on location shooter for portraits, however I will be photographing all newborns and boudoir sessions here.  I am so excited for the next step in my business and hopefully we will be fully up and running by the end of the year.  Thank you again for all those who supported me in this awesome venture!
