Meet a dear friend of mine, who is also the mom of 3 boys including a set of twins! We originally met over 5 years ago when our oldest children were babies and we did a mommy and me yoga class together. She is my go to person when I need a “Mommy’s Night Out” or just need to be around a super cool person. She is as sweet as it comes and has such a wonderful husband and great group of boys. I was very excited for this shoot and I had such a great time introducing them to such a great town.
Rain or shine, I am out there. It seems like non stop rain over the past several weeks but it cleared up just in time to pull off this shoot. It actually rained on my drive but stopped as I drove into my destination town. I have to say, I am so glad it did. I had a BLAST photographing these two kids and their parents. We took off our shoes and even sat down in some puddles. I have no shame, I don’ t mind getting dirty to pull off a shot! Mr Man was total Mr GQ and who couldn’t get enough of little Miss’s curls!!!
Last week I got to meet with this beautiful family who is expecting their 2nd baby in the next couple of weeks. Daddy had contacted me about a surprise gift for his wife, so they can document the welcoming of their son into their family. When I showed up the shoot, I looked at mommy and thought, hey I know you. We happened to be at the same party a couple weeks ago, talking about her sweet baby bump then too. Small world.
The day was gorgeous and they brought me to a great new shooting location. I love when older siblings come to shoots, it is like having a built in shooting assistant. Keep tuned in, baby boy will be here very soon!
Since the creation of Facebook’s Fan Page, the sneak peek has been always been posted there on our home page. The upload and sharing process became much easier to share a couple images before the full blog post was published. Well, over the past couple days FB hasn’t been my friend and won’t allow me to upload photos. So we had to do what happens when technology fails us, we go back to doing things the old fashion way, blog first 
This past weekend we had the weather toying with us but our 2nd annual Mother’s Day mini sessions were a success. Everything ran completely smooth and on time. The kids had a blast and the mommy’s were treated to a wonderful gift, fresh from our Groovy Baker friend, who I have to note was just featured in the recent issue of Hudson Valley Magazine. I have to mention, I do find it funny although this is a gift for mommy and would be a nice surprise from the daddy’s, all the mommys booked the sessions. Do we not trust our significant other to get it right?? LOL!
Why do I say that, because this little sweetie pie shares the same name as one of my precious little, crazy boys. You might recognize this family, they have been on my blog many of times. I have been so lucky to watch them grow before my very eyes. This past weekend I got the pleasure of photographing sweet 5 day old baby brother as well as having some fun play time with big bro, who is spitting image of daddy as well as big sister, mommy’s mini me. As always, such a pleasure to work with this family!

Mother Nature welcomed the first day of April with some snow. I am sure you are all over snow just as much as I am, so a sunny Saturday was welcomed with open arms. This was my first shoot of the “Spring” season and this little guy was just awesome. We did his 2nd birthday photos last year, and how he has changed in a year. Last year I was lucky to catch a smirk, this year he was all smiles and even did a little mini GQ action for me. I am still slightly sad that his long hair is gone, but he is still an adorable little dude.
